Wild videos show cruise ship chaos as rough seas prompt an evacuation

Incredible videos shared on Twitter are showing the wild rough seas that have led to the evacuation of 1,300 people from a cruise ship off the coast of Norway. 

The ship, Viking Cruise’s “Viking Sky,” sent a distress signal Saturday afternoon local time, reporting “engine problems in bad weather,” according to CNN. And videos from both inside the cruise ship and from the shore show how bad the seas are.

Google to start offering alternative browsers and search engines to Android users in the EU

Android users in the EU will soon be offered a choice of browsers and alternative search engines on their devices, Google announced on Tuesday.

Google Chrome adds the privacy-first DuckDuckGo as a default option

Google has made a curious addition to its Chrome browser. 

With the release of Chrome 73, the browser has added the pro-privacy DuckDuckGo to its suite of default search engines, alongside Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

A pilot in Perth, Australia flew his plane to spell out the words “I’m bored,” as per a FlightAware map tracking the journey. Of course, he also drew two dicks in the sky.

The Diamond Star plane left Parafield Airport at 8:53 a.m. local time, and took quite the extended route before landing at the same airport three hours later.

Google is joining Facebook in iOS hell.

Apple has now revoked Google’s Enterprise Certificate, breaking all of the search engine’s internal apps, according to The Verge.
